DIRECT DELIVERY & SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMME CUSTOMIZATION

When you purchase a direct delivery card or redeem a card from your subscription programme package, you agree to the following terms:

  • Upon reviewing your customization requests, we reserve the right to advise of any changes that may be required. For example, we may recommend decreasing the number of words in your message if its length affects our desired layout and aesthetic.
  • We do not provide a proof of your handwritten message. We do our best to accommodate each detail requested in your order form. Each handwritten and hand lettered message is unique and thoughtfully crafted. If you wish to see your message in finished form, you may contact us; we will be happy to send you a snapshot of our work. Please note: the snapshot is not a proof; it is simply a photo of the finished product, which has been or will be mailed through Canada Post. Such correspondence is offered as a courtesy to our customers.
  • Cards are non refundable and not eligible for returns or exchanges (discussed below).

 

RETURNS

BASIC (Card Only)

Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from Edeline & Bo. We accept returns within 30 days from delivery date. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. The Customer is responsible for return shipping except when defective or incorrect products are sent. Refunds will be issued upon return of the item in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within two weeks. 

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you are unhappy with your item and would like another item from our boutique, please initiate a full refund and contact us for further details.

DIRECT DELIVERY & SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMME (Card + Message + Mailed to Recipient)

Direct delivery and subscription programme items are non refundable and not eligible for returns or exchanges. The reason for this is twofold: 1) Your message is handwritten directly on the card using inks and watercolours. 2) Items are mailed to intended recipients and we cannot unmail items. Perhaps that's one thing email has over old fashioned snail mail.

SHIPPING

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our basic cards are available to ship worldwide.

Items from our gift category ship only to Canada and the United States. Shipping is included in the price.

Our direct delivery and subscription programme services are restricted to destination (recipient) addresses in Canada and the United States. This means you can avail this service from anywhere in the world, as long as the card's intended destination stays within Canada or the United States. Free shipping.

We send out our items within one week following order confirmation. Items are shipped through Canada Post.

Items shipped within Canada (not including remote regions) should arrive within 7 business days. Items shipped to the United States or internationally may take up to 10-15 business days. Please note that there may be additional brokerage, duties and custom fees in your country. This is beyond our control.

Edeline & Bo is not liable for lost, damaged or delayed shipments.

DIRECT DELIVERY & SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMME (Card + Message + Mailed to Recipient)

Direct delivery and subscription programme items must be requested in advance of the intended date of reception. We do our best to send out our handwritten items within one week following order confirmation. However, the demand for these services may reach high volumes throughout the year as universally celebrated holidays (Christmas, Valentines, Mother's Day, etc.) approach. To ensure your card arrives at its intended address on time, please adhere to the guidelines below:

  • Destinations (recipient's address) within Canada: request 14 days in advance
  • Destinations (recipient's address) outside Canada: request 21 days in advance

In case of "emergencies" (card needs to be sent asap/recipient needs to receive card asap), nudge us so we can prioritize your order.

 

PRIVACY

Although we retain the rights to post handwritten messages on social media, we exert a high degree of discretion and will not publish personal identifiers linked to information undoubtedly personal in nature. Your privacy is our priority.
